Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be notified within 72 hours of delivery if there is an issue, otherwise you forfeit your right to return. 

In some cases, buyer will responsible to pay for any return shipping. Photos and proof of damage are required to exchange or replace your product.
